Instructions
- Prepare the Pasta and Chicken: Boil the rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Season chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Let the chicken rest, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Crisp the Smoked Turkey Bacon: In the same skillet, cook smoked turkey bacon until crispy and fragrant. Drain on paper towels and crumble into pieces.
- Prepare the Kale: Wash kale thoroughly and remove thick stems. Chop the leaves finely and massage gently with olive oil and sea salt to soften and brighten flavor.
