Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: Whisk the eggs in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the chopped smoked turkey bacon, diced plant-based cheese, fresh chives, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), grape juice (natural), salt, pepper, and natural gelling agent. Combine evenly for the best texture.
  2. Prepare the Molds: Lightly grease silicone egg bite molds or small ramekins to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
  3. Fill the Molds: Pour the egg mixture evenly into each mold, filling about three-quarters full to allow room for puffing without spilling.
  4. Add Water to the Instant Pot: Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot insert to create steam for gentle cooking.
  5. Steam the Egg Bites: Place a trivet or steamer rack inside the Instant Pot, set the filled molds on top, close the lid, and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before carefully opening the lid.
