Instructions

  2. Mix the Binding Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the ground flaxseeds, natural gelling agent, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), apple cider vinegar (natural), water, and sea salt. Stir well until a thick, cohesive binding mixture forms.
  3. Combine and Rest: Gently fold the chopped nuts and whole seeds into the binding mixture until thoroughly combined. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes to activate the natural gelling agent, allowing the mixture to hold together.
