Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, minced garlic, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful marinade that will tenderize and season the steak.
  2. Marinate the Steak: Place the steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag, pour the marinade over it, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse deeply.
