Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and bring plant-based butter and plant-based milk to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, beat plant-based butter with granulated sugar and natural brown sugar until fluffy and light in color, creating a tender, soft texture.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in natural vanilla extract and plant-based milk until well combined for a soft, pliable dough.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until dough just comes together.
